
For my class, Merchandising In the Beauty Environment, our final project was to pitch a brand in a new distribution space. I chose to do La Roche-Posay in Sephora.

La Roche-Posay is an affordable skincare brand that is found in most drugstores. Being dermatologist approved, with a higher price range than a typical drug store brand, I chose Sephora as a great fit for the brands expansion.

Why Sephora? Sephora is a well-known brand that constantly attracts new customers while also keeping loyal customers engaged.

This slide of the presentation was to demonstrate what consumers love the brand La Roche-Posay and how the audience at Sephora is very similar.

Also looking into potential competitors at Sephora such as, The Ordinary and The Inkey List.

Before creating the planograms, I had to find a brand that La Roche-Posay could replace on a display. Finding that Isle of Paradise has multiple displays in Sephora, I decided to take out their section closer to the skincare section.

Because this was a small section within the Sephora display, I had to choose the best products to be successful in Sephora. Choosing a cleanser, moisturizer, SPF, and serums.

Then, I designed the fixture, including brand graphics and display colors.

Finally, I put together the whole line, graphics, and colors to display the final Planogram.
